Lilburn City Hall and Gwinnett County Branch Library

Designed to function as both a City Hall and Public Library, this cooperative County/City project is a two-story building with 46,380 total square feet of occupied space. The project has a goal of “Certified” level in accordance with LEED for New Construction Version 2009. Interior spaces are designed with the following criteria in mind: 1) ease of access and circulation within the structure, 2) separation of building occupants with a shared lobby space on the first and second floor, and 3) adherence to applicable code requirements.
